We monitor eCommerce sites like Alibaba, DhGate, Aliexpress, eBay, Amazon, Wish and hundreds more (see below for a partial list) for infringements of your intellectual property.

We then meet the burden of proof required by those platforms to have listings removed, and file the complaints on your behalf.

We also deal with any followup from angry sellers.

THE PROCESS WE USE:

DAILY HUMAN SEARCHES.

Beyond software, we also employ a strong team of highly trained humans. We get to know your product incredibly well so that we can spot the small flaws that differentiate a fake. AUTOMATED SEARCHES.

Our software Monitors over 1,000 e-commerce sites to collect suspected violations of your trademarks and copyrights. We use reverse image searches of your stock photos, we search in multiple languages (including Chinese) and are constantly updating our database of search terms our software is monitoring.

We'll search out the counterfeits and then work to meet the burden of proof required by each site to have the listings removed and the seller banned. We go beyond a cursory view of the listing.
To make sure we are coming to the right conclusion we might even perform a test buy (which we do at cost), or use our language skills to pose as buyers and get information.

WE FILE AND FOLLOW UP.

Each platform has a unique reporting structure. Using the evidence we have gathered, we file complaints against counterfeit sellers on your behalf.
We also take care of any followup with the platforms if they have questions about how we reached our conclusions, and address counter-claims made by sellers.

WE REPORT BACK.

This can be as often as you’d like. We talk to some customers daily, we talk to some monthly. We want to provide you with the type of information your organization requires, in the form you want it, as often as you want it. While we can provide real-time results for you online, we can also produce polished reports for you to share with stakeholders.
