If we did make a mistake, we will contact the website to withdraw our complaint.

Note: If we confirm that your item is counterfeit, we generally will not tell you how we know the item is infringing. We don’t want information to get back to counterfeiters on how to hide their mistakes and make better counterfeits.

• The platform you were selling on:

• The listing number of the item you were selling:

• Attach pictures of the products you are trying to sell.  Please include a piece of paper in these pictures that has your seller name on it.  This helps us know the images actually come from you.

• Add any other information you’d like to send us (where’d you buy it, how many you have ect)
